We are

We love animals. That sounds cliché until you meet the shelter kitty who sneezes thirty times in a row, or hear about the dog who, without exaggeration, saved one of our lives.

Our work with animals on set runs deep. We've cast trained animals and real pets across dozens of productions, and we work with the best animal trainer in Texas. For Trico, we cast over 30 animals in a single spot — including the flying King Charles spaniel to the left. Other spots have called for the opposite: quiet, intimate work with one animal. And beyond casting, we make sure every shoot is an ethical one, whether that's a colony of bees, a turtle on a toilet, a horse with a cancer patient, or dogs rigged into safe pulley systems for VFX.

For this project especially, we're looking to help cast animals who don't just look great on camera alongside their owners, but who read as authentic and take direction naturally in their own homes. Traditional casting and a real-people approach aren't mutually exclusive, and we know how to bridge the two.

Every story deserves its own approach, but our philosophy never changes. Disruption is a production partner built on collaboration, precision, and people-first leadership and we believe extraordinary work begins with extraordinary people.

We simplify the production process, cultivate meaningful collaboration, and create environments where artists, clients, and crews can do their best work. From the first conversation to the final frame, we build productions rooted in trust, curiosity, and thoughtful execution—because the way a story is made is just as important as the story itself.

Madeleine L. Beck

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Madeleine L. Beck is a producer and operational leader who believes the way a production feels directly shapes the work it creates. Her career has moved through some of reality television’s biggest hits, ESPN’s College GameDay, commercial campaigns, and music videos for artists including Ella Langley, Koe Wetzel, Treaty Oak Revival, and Cure for Paranoia.

Across every format, Madeleine has built a reputation for bringing clarity to complexity, protecting the creative, and creating environments where crews can do their strongest work. She also serves as Director of Operations for Pegasus Media Project. For Madeleine, producing is more than moving a project from concept to completion. It is the practice of aligning people, purpose, and process so that exceptional work can happen without sacrificing the people behind it.

For OBB - stills & motion - Production Supervisor

You know that when they say they want Kevin Durant's legs to go on…and on… and on… and on… it's going to be a fun piece. Some giant billboards in Times Square on the stills side and just as much fun viral social media work on the motion side create disruption in multiple categories.

For ArtClass - motion - Production Supervisor

Our animal trainer said that this commercial may have procured the most cats and dogs for a single commercial she’s worked on! Filming on location with special FX, construction builds, cars, and of course 30 dogs and cats, is a unique amalgamation of challenges that in it's own right, is disruptive.

For The Cut - stills - Production Supervisor

This wasn't simply a photoshoot—it was a collision of global artistry. We synchronized the international movement of a renowned photographer, Zhong Lin. When creativity spans continents, talent that is timelessly talented, production becomes more than scheduling—it becomes the invisible force that allows bold ideas to exist. Disruption isn't chaos. It's building the infrastructure that lets visionary work happen, then making it look effortless.

Four cities, four weeks, with four (actually five) celebrity talent. This project was unique in that the set of spots combined commercial, reality, and interactive design; customers were able to go to each of the stores we shot in and interact with the built set dressing throughout the holidays.

For Whale Tale Music - motion - Production Supervisor

Serving as Production Supervisor on Ella Langley's Choosin' Texas became proof that culture is built from the inside out. Over 187 local crew members came together to create one of the year's most celebrated music videos— fair pay, genuine collaboration, and respect created an environment where people left more energized than when they arrived. For us, those numbers are a byproduct. The real success was proving that when you invest in people, extraordinary work follows.

Innovation isn't novelty. It's the courage to rethink what everyone else accepts as normal. Together, we uncover new ways to tell stories that move industries forward, especially if that means we can develop processes that, for example, bring traditional casting and animal casting together.

Great ideas don't end when production wraps. They create measurable change—for brands, for businesses, and for the people (and pets) they serve.
